Upgrade and customisation options
The building can be changed to fit your needs. You can upgrade the panelling for better insulation in cold climates. If you want it empty, for example to build offices, that's also possible. Interior walls can be removed, as can the kitchen or bedrooms. Anything more complicated needs to be discussed with us, and there may be an engineering fee.

Pricing and payment terms
The Oslo is USD $7,900 and the Oslo Grand USD $8,900, FOB Shenzhen. If you are from a developed country the price will be a bit higher, because we need to use your country's standard fittings — in Australia, for example, an Australian-standard toilet rather than a cheaper Chinese-standard one.
50% deposit by T/T with the order, 50% balance by T/T before shipment. The price is valid for 30 days.
Shipping and import
Each expandable home ships in a 40' high-cube container, and you can fit two in one container. Budget around USD $1,000–$2,500 for shipping to your nearest port, before customs charges and import taxes. Import taxes depend on your country; if you have never imported before, we recommend using a customs agent, and for a fee we can also help you with this.
Delivery time: 90 days after we receive the deposit. Warranty: 1 year, limited.

Build and inspect
Every home is fully inspected through construction and checked again before shipment. Photographs and documentation are sent to you.
Balance and shipping
The 50% balance by T/T before shipment. Two homes fit in one 40' high-cube container from Shenzhen.
Import and set up
Hire a customs broker in your country for clearance and transport from the port. On standard ground the home stands on 8 to 12 concrete piers.
