Expandable container homes
We are a leading container home manufacturer in China, and we ship worldwide directly from mainland China. Two expandable container homes fit in one 40' high-cube container, and each expands on site to 34 m² (365 sq ft) of living space. The Oslo is USD $7,900 and the Oslo Grand USD $8,900, FOB Shenzhen.
If you are from a developed country, the price will be a bit higher, because we need to use your country's standard fittings. Everything must be built to, or exceed, your country's building codes, and for developed countries we recommend the Silica Rock panels.

Importing to Australia
Our prices are quoted FOB Shenzhen and do not include shipping. We recommend budgeting around USD $1,000–$2,500 for shipping to your nearest port, not including customs charges and import taxes. Import taxes depend on your country. You must hire a customs broker in your country; they should also help you with logistics from your chosen port to the final destination.
Payment is a 50% deposit by T/T with the order and the 50% balance by T/T before shipment. Delivery time is 90 days after we receive the deposit, and every home has a 1-year limited warranty.
