Who we are
Konbuild is a subsidiary brand of Foshan RAD Prefabs Company Limited, based in mainland China. Our address is 1A07, Building 12-13, #12 Heping Road, Shiwan, Chancheng, Foshan, P.R. China. For anything to do with your personal information, email info@konbuild.com.
What we collect, and why
When you send us an enquiry
The enquiry forms on this site ask for your first and last name, your email address, the country the home is for and a message. You can also give us a phone number and a note of what you want to build. The form records which page of the site you sent it from.
We use these details to reply to you and to prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to arrange your order and its shipping.
If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp, WeChat or Skype instead, we receive whatever you choose to send us, and those services handle it under their own privacy policies.
When you browse the site: analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (country and city,
worked out from the IP address, which Google Analytics does not store), what kind of device and browser
they use, and which site referred them. It does this with two cookies, _ga and
_ga_F02B3BQYSW, which last up to two years and hold a random number — not your name or
email address.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, these cookies are not set unless you choose Accept on the cookie notice.
- Everywhere else they are set when you visit. You can switch them off at any time, which also deletes them.
Google's advertising features are switched off on this site. Google also offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every website.
When any page loads
The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and browser details in order to send you the pages and to protect the site from abuse.
Our videos are embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube receives technical information such as your IP address when a player loads, and does not set cookies until you play the video.
The site has no user accounts, takes no payments and carries no advertising.
Who handles your information
We do not sell your personal information. These companies process it on our behalf:
| Provider | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| Formtorch | Receives the enquiry forms, checks them for spam, stores them and emails them to us. It stores them in the United States. |
| Zoho | Hosts our email. |
| Google Analytics, as described above, and the YouTube video player. | |
| Cloudflare | Hosts and delivers this website. |
Beyond these, we share your information only where that is needed to carry out an order you have placed, or where the law requires it.
Where your information goes
We are based in China, so your enquiry is read and answered there. The providers above keep data in other countries, including the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries, and the correspondence that follows, for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records. Ask us and we will delete yours, unless the law requires us to keep it. Google Analytics keeps visitor-level data for up to 14 months.
Your choices
- You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Email info@konbuild.com.
- You can change your analytics choice at any time with the Cookie settings button above.
- If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and believe we have mishandled your information, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
