The Oslo Grand comes with a kitchen cabinet and sink, toilet, shower and basin, so each 34 m² (365 sq ft) unit is self-contained. Our goal is to help you build your community, whether that's for your family, a series of Airbnb units or affordable accommodation for a loved one.

Common questions about dwelling pods

What is the difference between the Oslo and the Oslo Grand?
Both open out to 5,800 × 6,580 × 2,500 mm. The Oslo is USD $7,900. The Oslo Grand is USD $8,900 and adds a kitchen cabinet with sink, toilet, shower, and basin with mirror and cabinet.
What is the feeling inside compared to a conventional home?
The smaller size and lower ceiling create a more intimate feel and space.
Can the building be changed to fit my needs?
Yes. You can upgrade the panelling for better insulation in cold climates. If you want it empty, for example to build offices, that's also possible. Interior walls can be removed, as can the kitchen or bedrooms. Anything more complicated than these simple changes needs to be discussed with us, and there may be an engineering fee.
