Questions

Common questions about minimalist homes

What is the feeling inside compared to a conventional home?

The smaller size and lower ceiling create a more intimate feel and space.

Can the building be changed to fit my needs?

Yes. You can upgrade the panelling for better insulation in cold climates. If you want it empty, for example to build offices, that's also possible. Interior walls can be removed, as can the kitchen or bedrooms. Anything more complicated than these simple changes needs to be discussed with us, and there may be an engineering fee.

Can I get bamboo flooring?

Our quotation includes PVC vinyl. Bamboo plywood is an additional USD $590 per unit (estimate).
