What quality control systems do you have in place?

All products are fully inspected through the construction phase, and inspected and checked for quality again before shipment. Photographs and documentation are provided to you, the customer. We have an international team — our quality control person is from New Zealand — and everything must be built to, or exceed, your country's building codes.

Can you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide directly from mainland China. Please note the price of the unit does not include shipping.

What does FOB mean in shipping terms?

FOB stands for "free on board" or "freight on board" — either way it has the same definition. Buyers and sellers attach FOB to a location to show the point at which freight changes hands from seller to buyer. Our prices are quoted FOB Shenzhen.
