How big is the home?
34 square metres, which is equal to 365 square feet. Opened out it measures 5,800 × 6,580 × 2,500 mm externally; closed for shipping it is 5,800 × 2,150 × 2,500 mm.
What is the feeling inside compared to a conventional home?
The smaller size and lower ceiling create a more intimate feel and space.
Why is the price higher for developed countries?
If you are from a developed country, the price will be a bit higher because we need to use your country's standard fittings. Take Australia: we could not use a cheaper Chinese-standard toilet, and would have to use an Australian-standard toilet that is priced higher.
