Questions

Common questions about kit homes

What do I need to pay for on top of the home?
Our price is quoted FOB Shenzhen. You pay additionally for the foundation, delivery, installation and a customs broker.
It's my first time importing from China. What do I need to do?
You must hire a customs broker in your country. They should also help you with logistics from your chosen port to the final destination. Import taxes depend on your country; for a fee we can also help you with this.
What kind of foundation do I need?
If building on standard ground, you will need 8 to 12 concrete piers to support the whole house.
